Our Commitment to Sustainability and Resource Conservation

MLIC is strongly committed to achieving sustainability in the commercial building industry for the benefit of our tenants, our communities and the environment. We collaborate with our property managers, janitorial firms, landscape contractors and other vendors and suppliers to identify and implement improvements that enhance sustainability and conserve water, energy and other resources in our properties.  We also strive to support our tenant’s sustainability objectives and participate in industry–leading programs such as EnergyStar®.
